great place to stay, fairly clean, everything was perfectly fine. the staff where exceptionally nice and always accommodating and the pool was well-maintained. i booked spotless room with a queen bed. i truly enjoyed cereal, cheese, tea, slices of fresh bread, and fruit for breakfast, which was included.

Got well-kept twin room on the balcony when arrived, truly enjoyed that. The breakfast was delicious and good for what was on offer, with jam and also delicious scrambled eggs. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable and the location was magnificent to the water or to the shopping area😀🙂😀

Location: the hotel was next to the sea and the other main street, where an excellent view of the Pacific Ocean sunset is to adore, and the common areas of the property. Ate at Te Ra'ai Cafezinho, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Well-located hotel in Hanga Roa with a nice room and a large king-size bed. Friendly staff who speak good English and are helpful in planning activities. Lush and serene grounds with beautiful flowering plants. Walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, rental car business, and shops. Enjoyed the simple breakfast and Nutella crepes.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff greeted me with a lei upon arrival and offered me a refreshing glass of fresh papaya juice. The hotel is situated in a magnificent tropical garden, with lush flowering plants. The location is unbeatable, as it is within walking distance to the restaurants and the beautiful coastline. The front desk staff, especially Hector, were always helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. The breakfast provided was plentiful, with a variety of options to choose from.

The rooms, which are situated around this beautiful garden, were spacious and clean, and the balconies provided a lovely spot to relax and soak up the sun. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist and make my stay great. The basic amenities were all in place, and the breakfast included was a great bonus. this hotel offered excellent value for money, with its attention to detail and picturesque location.
